Step 1: Understand & Connect
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another and begin to form a healing relationship. This is your time to share your story, walk me through your health history, discuss your symptoms, and your health and wellness goals.
Following our initial consult, you’ll receive a program that includes nutrition, lifestyle, movememtna nd supplement recommendations.
Step 2: Rebalance & Repair
We’ll begin our second session by discussing your experience with the first few weeks of your healing program. We’ll discuss what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved.
We’ll target our approach to rebalance your gut microbiome and take the next steps in repairing your gut lining to optimize nutrient absorption, immune function and overall digestion.
Step 3: Maintain & Prosper
At this stage of your healing journey, I’ll equip you with skills and strategies to lead a flourishing life.
You’ll receive a personalized holistic maintenance plan that includes nutrition, lifestyle, and movement recommendations to help continue to make waves in all aspects of your life.
You can expect to feel confident, and empowered to continue your healing journey. You’ll always have the option to connect with me for one-off sessions at a discounted rate to help keep you on track.
